Giving Back To Our Community
Partial proceeds from all sales goes towards two leading eco awareness groups; The David Suzuki Foundation an organization that has had an enormous impact across the country and The Toronto Green Community, a grassroots organization who is changing the face of our community one garden project at a time. Both of these organizations need our support.

Project Tribute
Dear friends,
When I went on a Taglit Birthright Experience trip to Israel, I knew I was about to embark on a trip of a lifetime but I never thought I would be moved enough to try and make a real difference in the world.
But that’s exactly what happened when I volunteered with my Canadian Israel Experience tour group at Yad Eliezer, a well-known food bank that helps needy families all over Israel.
I was absolutely shocked when I found out one in seven families use the food bank.
In the news, all we hear about is the political struggles but on the trip I realized how many people are struggling financially.
I’d like to give back to the people of Israel and together, I know we can thank them for their bravery and help them keep Israel a thriving country. Israel is our homeland, our connection to Judaism, we must learn to give back just like our predecessors did and because of them we now have a state of our own. We are strong and grounded, yet it must be maintained and this act of giving must continue through to the new generation.
I have painted two touching portraits based on well-known photographs.
118 signed and numbered prints are currently on sale, printed on high quality paper, and are selling for $118.
An annual report from Yad Eliezer will accompany each print, plus a signed letter from me explaining the Tribute Project.
Not only does the print make a perfect gift for family friends and the home, all proceeds go directly to the charity. A tax receipt will be issued in your name and sent to you by post.
I chose Yad Eliezer because of their low overhead costs. Out of all the charity funds I looked into, this is the one where all the money goes directly to feeding needy Jewish families in Israel and the results of our donations are being used right away.
American Friends of Yad Eliezer has received the highest 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, America's largest independent evaluator of charities. Check out their website to learn more about their incredible efforts, at www.yadeliezer.org.
